Director of Operations
Karen joined NIB in March of 1990 as an Administrative Assistant. Over the last 15 years, she has been involved in every aspect of the investigative business from Office Administration and Management to conducting Undercover Investigations, Backgrounds, Assets Investigations and Pre-Employment Screening.
In June of 1999, Karen was promoted to Director of Operations. She currently oversees the daily operations of NIB. In addition to the above, her responsibilities also include planning and forecasting the budget, supervision to the office staff, processing the handling of all out-of-state investigations, reviewing reports and providing a status of cases to all appropriate channels.
Karen resides in the south shore. She has four grown children and grandchildren.
