Jennifer worked at NIB in various roles throughout high school and college. It was her goal to return to the company founded by her father, Joseph Moura, after completing school and starting a family.

Jennifer re-joined NIB in 2005 as Director of Client Relations. After dedicating the majority of her time to our Corporate Security and Loss Prevention Program, she was promoted to Vice President of our Mystery Shopping Division. This program, which has been in place since the mid 1980’s, works with numerous retail and business clients. Since Jennifer has taken the position of Vice President, the division has seen marked growth and has instituted an internet based software program which allows clients 24 hour access to their information through personalized online accounts.

A graduate of Brockton Hospital School of Nursing, Jennifer is also a Registered Nurse. She is on staff at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA as a Labor and Delivery nurse. She previously worked as a Pediatric Nurse on the inpatient unit of Brockton Hospital. Her experience is in Maternal/Newborn Health and Pediatrics. Jennifer reviews all medical cases, which come into our office. She works with attorneys and medical experts to gather appropriate information in such cases. These cases include malpractice, wrongful conviction, autopsy disputes, investigations into physician’s past and current licensure and practice, as well as investigating backgrounds and conduct of physicians.

Jennifer grew up on the South Shore, where she currently resides with her husband and their three children. She maintains active involvement at Boston College High School, where her oldest son is a student, serving as a member of the Mother’s Guild as well as a frequent volunteer for the Admissions Department.
